User Agreement (Draft)

Parties

This User Agreement is between you and Lightec AI for TeeChat accounts and teechat.ai hosted capabilities. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Account

You are responsible for credentials and activity under your account. Notify us promptly at security@teechat.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Local data vs hosted processing

Chat threads, decks, and skills you create are stored locally in directories you select. We do not operate a server-side archive of your chat history.

When you enable remote AI, you instruct the client to send OPE-encrypted requests to attested engines. You can verify engines in Settings before sending.

Plans and billing

Free and paid tiers may apply different quotas. Paid billing will be handled via our payment provider; taxes and invoices follow their and our published pricing page.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and delete local data. We may terminate or suspend hosted access for breach of Terms or legal requirement.
